Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
- The right of admission is reserved.
- Chinese Lanterns are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather
conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance. - Lost tickets will not be replaced.
- No pets are permitted on site unless used for a disability.
- No Alcohol is permitted to be brought into the arena.
- No glass is allowed on site.
- Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, open fires or disposable aluminium BBQs on site.
- Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
- You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy.
- New Heights Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
- No unauthorised sound systems or personal generators are permitted on site.
- Arena gates open for entry at New Heights Festival 2025 between 17:00-21:00hrs on Friday 18th July and 12.00-21:00hrs on Saturday 19th July. Arena closes at 00:00hrs both nights.
- Public gates for New Heights 2025 shut strictly for entry & re-entry at 21:00hrs each day excluding Pick-Up/Shuttle Bus.
- All vehicles are liable to be searched and must be parked in designated areas as directed by car park managing agent.
- Vehicles parked on the public highway in the no waiting areas will be towed away and refused admittance to the festival.
- When you book your tickets you can attend the event. Tickets are for personal use only. Once you have booked your ticket we won’t be able to cancel or exchange it.
- Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance or “legal highs” will be evicted from the site and reported to the Police immediately.
- Ticket holders’ consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
- Any unauthorised alcohol sales or unauthorised trading any kind is prohibited and will result in eviction.
- All children and youth aged 18 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21+ holding a valid New Heights Festival 2025 ticket. There is a maximum of three under 18s per parent or guardian aged 21+
- 13-17 (Teen) & Under 12 tickets are for young people within the specified age range as of 18-19/07/2025.
- If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be puddled or muddy. It is the ticketholders responsibility to be prepared for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground conditions. In the event of poor weather, move around the site with caution.
- Camping Chairs are only permitted in designated areas and will be removed if they are left abandoned.
- The use of Drones is prohibited and will be confiscated.
- The festival and ticket holders will be compliant to Government statutory requirements relating to Covid-19
- Orders are accepted subject to payment being received from the card issuer. If we are unable to obtain payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order. However, we will do our best to contact you and obtain payment by other means first of all.
- All payment and refund transactions, irrespective of currency, originate from the UK. New Heights Festival cannot be held liable for any additional charges your bank or credit card provider may apply to your transaction, such charges are completely out of our control.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you understand that you are agreeing to being contacted by New Heights Festival with marketing information about tickets for events that may be of interest to you and other related information. If you do not wish to receive this information you will be able to opt out of any future marketing emails via unsubscribe links.
- We reserve the right to choose a cashless payment system for customer safety and convenience.
Camping Terms and Conditions:
- Camping at the Event is only permitted provided you purchase an appropriate Ticket. Anyone found camping without an appropriate Ticket and/or Wristband will be removed.
- Campers should pitch tents in designated camping areas only. Gazebos are not allowed on the campsite.
- You should bring a tent that is sized for the amount of occupants. We reserve the right to refuse to allow any structures which are too large or which we believe may cause a health and safety risk.
- We will not be liable for any failure to provide any advertised facilities within the camping area.
- There will be security on site, but we do not accept any responsibility for theft, damage, loss or breakage to any of your property which you choose to bring and/or leave at the campsite. All items brought to the campsite are brought and left at your own risk.
- The Event has a no naked flame policy. Any fires; flares; fireworks; Chinese Lanterns etc. will be extinguished and the responsible Ticket Holder could be evicted from the site.
- You are permitted to bring your own pre-cooked food and soft drinks for your own consumption in the campsites but not for resale.
- Alcohol is allowed into the campsite on your first entry only. We ask that each person only brings a reasonable amount for themselves to enjoy (note – no glass bottles).
- Plastic and/or reusable water bottles or sealed soft drinks of 500ml or less may be taken from the campsite into the Arena.
We will not be responsible for any claims for the injury to persons or loss or damage to property howsoever caused unless such injury or damage was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on our part or that of an Authorised Person.
